Consolidated net sales for the the Fiscal Year ended March 31, 2024 came to \49,477 million (+12.4% YoY), reflecting growth in Security Product Sales, Security Assessment Services in the Security Solutions Services business (SSS business) and growth in Development Services and Hardware and software sales in the System Integration Services business (SIS business).
Operating income totaled \2,174 million (+22.5% YoY) , ordinary income was \2,153 million (+18.8％ YoY) and net income attributable to owners of the parent was \1,379 million (Net loss attributable to owners of the parent for the same period last year was \147 million)

Security Solutions Services (SSS)
Net sales : \22,159 million (+13.5% YoY) Segment margin : \2,260 million (-4.5% YoY)
Net sales of Security Consulting Services were \3,898 million (+1.0% YoY) due to an expansion in consulting projects aimed at strengthening systems and countermeasures and growth in educational services such as targeted email training, although there was a decrease in emergency response service projects.
Net sales of Security Assessment Services were \3,018 million (+17.2% YoY) mainly due to an impact from sales of large projects handled during the year, and an increase in projects for penetration testing, which conducts practical simulated attacks and investigates potential threats.
Net sales of Security Operation Monitoring Services were \6,598 million (+6.1% YoY) due to the growth of high-level countermeasures to specific corporations and internal fraud monitoring services, as well as expansion in endpoint countermeasure support services.
Net sales of Security Product Sales were \7,773 million (+29.5% YoY) increased sharply due to a significant increase in cloud-based products for endpoint countermeasures and web security countermeasures against denial-of-service attacks, as well as, and security products that collect and analyze potential threat information, etc.
Net sales of Security Maintenance Services were \869 million (+1.0% YoY) due to growth in existing projects, etc., despite the impact of shrinking demand due to the expansion of cloud-compatible products.
Note:From Financial Results for the Fiscal year Ended March 31, 2024, some services were reclassified among subsegments: endpoint security support services were reclassified from Security Consulting Services to Security Monitoring Services, and targeted mail training services from Security Assessment Services to Security Consulting Services. Accordingly, when comparing the previous year, the figures for the previous year have been reclassified to the revised figures.

Net sales : \27,317 million (+11.5% YoY) Segment margin : \3,854 million (+12.4％ YoY)
Net sales of the core business Development Services totaled \18,218 million (+11.4% YoY) on the back of sharp growth in projects for major banks, credit card companies, and other finance sector firms, as well as projects for the public. Also, there was no impact from the winding down of large-scale projects from the previous year.
Net sales for Hardware and Software Sales came to \3,530 million (+43.5% YoY) due to acquisition of contract renewals, etc. even though as demand shrinking trend due to the expansion of cloud services.
Net sales of IT Maintenance Services were \3,092 million (-6.3% YoY) because of a decrease contract in renewals, etc.
Net sales of Solutions Services totaled \2,475 million (+3.9% YoY) due to growth in sales of cloud solutions products that also contribute to cybersecurity measures.
